Analista de Ecommerce

Resumen del Puesto:
​

Buscamos un Analista de Ecommerce experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal tendrá un fuerte conocimiento de las plataformas de comercio electrónico y será capaz de trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.

Tareas a realizar: 
• Manejo de plataforma de E-commerce Hermes - POW.
• Análisis de métricas y estadísticas de E-commerce.
• Revisar que la web este en perfecto funcionamiento y buscar la forma de implementar acciones para generar una mejora en la experiencia de compra.
• Manejo de Google Analytics.
• Tasas de conversión. • Catalogación y posicionamiento de fotos en la web.
• Seguimiento de cambios y composturas de compras online.
• Armado de promociones personalizadas para la web que incrementen la venta.
• Seguimiento del stock online.

Requisitos:
• Experiencia en desarrollo del negocio digital y estrategias comerciales.
• Experiencia en manejo de herramientas de gestión y administración ERP´s, Microsoft office, Google Sheets
• Dominio de herramienta Excel intermedio a avanzando (Excluyente).
• Experiencia en el manejo de Herramientas de integración y gestión de plataformas de E-Commerce.
• Análisis de Competencia e iniciativa de estrategias Comerciales como identificar tendencias que puedan potenciar la marca.
• Análisis y monitoreo de métricas, control de stock vs publicación.
• Control de facturación de servicios.

Formación: Estudiante intermedio/avanzado/graduado de carreras relacionadas a comunicación, negocios digitales, administración, comercialización o afines.

• Attend conference calls and exchange e-mails with clients
• Suggest changes in client environment to achieve project objectives.
• Frequent contact with clients on system design and fully knowledgeable of the client’s business and information flows, as well as the tools and technologies needed to meet client information requirements.
• Understand client project domain

Development

• Perform difficult coding tasks
• Design and code complete small software modules.
• Perform code reviews.

Reporting

• Report progress of tasks to team lead
• Report blocker situations

Documentation

• Write project documentation

Requisitos

xperience

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience with NodeJS
• Experience with ORMs (Sequelize, TypeORM)
• Docker
• Typescript
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with Kubernetes (is a plus)
• English level: Upper Intermediate+
