Mission

- Attend conference calls and exchange e-mails with clients

- Frequent contact with clients on system design and fully knowledgeable of the client’s business and information flows, as well as the tools and technologies needed to meet client information requirements.

- Perform difficult coding tasks
- Design and code complete small software modules.

Reporting

Requisitos
xperience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of experience with NodeJS
- Experience with ORMs (Sequelize, TypeORM)
- Docker

- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience with Kubernetes (is a plus)

¿Cuáles serán sus principales responsabilidades?
- Soporte Técnico reactivo : Proporcionar soporte técnico avanzado para resolver problemas de infraestructura, incluyendo servidores, redes y sistemas de almacenamiento.
- Mantenimiento preventivo de Sistemas : Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en la infraestructura de TI, asegurando la disponibilidad y el rendimiento óptimo de los sistemas.
- Instalación y configuración : Participar en la instalación, configuración y actualización de hardware y software en los sistemas de infraestructura.
- Documentación : Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica y de procesos, incluyendo manuales de usuario, procedimientos de instalación y configuraciones de sistemas.
- Colaboración en Proyectos : Colaborar con equipo de proyectos en la implementación de nuevas soluciones o tecnologías dentro de la infraestructura de TI.
- Seguridad de la Información : Participar en la implementación de políticas de seguridad y mejores prácticas para proteger la infraestructura de TI contra amenazas.
- Análisis de Problemas: Realizar análisis de causa raíz para problemas recurrentes y proponer soluciones a largo plazo.
Experiencia al menos 2 o 3 años en IT en posiciones similares.
