Product Manager

A great Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving and leading product initiatives to achieve successful outcomes. This position focuses on card present solutions in LATAM, requiring expertise in card present technologies such as POS, pin pads, smart POS terminals, and terminal management systems, including app marketplaces for Android solutions. The Product Manager is the key team member for their product, understanding market dynamics and building strategies to win. This role is outcome-driven with a strong sense of identity, affinity, and empathy for product users. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across Product Management, Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations is essential to translate strategy into an actionable development roadmap. Close interaction with clients, customers, and partners is crucial to identify client needs and deliver maximum value.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and roadmap for widely adopted business process solutions in the payments industry.
• Analyze internal and external customer behavior using data to identify focus areas.
• Enhance efficiency by optimizing workflows frequently used by peers, partners, customers, and clients.
• Manage card present products within a broader portfolio of payment acceptance and user experience solutions.
• Evaluate emerging payments-related trends, technologies, and vendors to transform stakeholder experiences.
• Work closely with senior leaders to align plans with our Client overall strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Product Management or Consulting experience.
• Bachelors degree or higher.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with attention to detail.

SR Java Full Stack Developer with Azure Remoto Lat

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and support Applications migration to the Cloud (Azure).

• Own the full stack and lifecycle of application migration from ideation to execution.
• Mentor other team members and peers to support their performance and pass on knowledge.
• Collaborates with others to design, develop and implement solutions critical to client’s business operations.
• Performs research and development activities to advance platform technology
• Provide recent hands-on experience in design and engineering efforts migratingApps to the Azure Cloud. This includes providing thoughtful leadership on Software Development (JAVA) and Cloud (Azure), implementation and management, including all necessary tooling.
• The individual will collaborate closely with Infrastructure Architecture and Operations, Security, Development, and Business units’ teams and is accountable for the delivery of large-scale through the use of agile methodologies (Scrum, kanban), to operationalize technologies, establish technology road maps, and grow the adoption of standards & processes.
• Serve on technology projects using agile methodologies, creating user stories, and actively contributing to required ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and weekly replenishment.
• Drive the migration and deployment capabilities for containerized applications in private and public clouds (Azure).
• Provide guidance and support for escalated incidents and problems.
• Support and operationalize technology standards, processes and policies related toSystems and Cloud.

• Poseer experiencia previa en diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de aplicaciones.
• Contar con conocimientos sólidos en metodologías Agile y Scrum.
• Familiaridad con mejores prácticas y estándares de calidad en desarrollo de software.
• Conocimiento en técnicas de mejora de aplicaciones y procesos.
