¿Qué necesitás para ser parte del equipo ?

A nivel técnico:

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo Full Stack, pudiendo ser tu expertise en alguna de las siguientes tecnologías: Python, Node.js o GO para el backend y React, Angular o Typescript para el frontend.
• Sólida experiencia práctica en API, Cloud y bases de datos.
• Enfoque reciente (al menos los últimos 6 meses) en IA generativa, con experiencia práctica en la aplicación de marcos LLM como LangChain | Excluyente.
• Experiencia de al menos 6 meses en alguna de las siguientes herramientas: Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI service, Amazon Bedrock o tecnologías similares | Excluyente.
• Conocimiento práctico de técnicas de generación mejorada por recuperación (RAG), incluida la implementación y optimización de modelos RAG para mejorar la recuperación de información y las capacidades de generación.
• Enfoque en la calidad de las aplicaciones y prácticas de pruebas como pruebas unitarias, de integración y e2e, análisis de cobertura de código e inspección automatizada de software | Deseable.

• Advanced Web3 Support: Tackle complex Web3 issues, including conducting thorough post-mortems, providing technical direction in customer calls, and leading remediation efforts during incidents.
• System Monitoring and Analytical Skills: Utilize advanced analytical and dashboard skills, including proficiency in tools like Grafana or DataDog, to monitor system performance and health.
• Process and SLA/SLO Management: Define, enforce, and ensure the organization meets stringent SLO/SLA objectives, contributing to the overall health and reliability of our platform services.
• Hands-On Problem Solving: Innovate to solve complex challenges quickly and efficiently, while being disciplined in task follow-through to minimize technical debt and implement preventive measures.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the Support L1 team and other cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to maintain system efficiency.
