Responsabilidades:

Es responsable de acompañar al equipo en la adopción del framework de agilidad seleccionado, velando por los valores y principios ágiles. Su misión es que los equipos de trabajo alcancen sus objetivos y entreguen valor, gestionando los impedimentos y riesgos con los que el equipo se encuentre.

Coachear al equipo y a los interesados en la adopción de valores y prácticas ágiles.

Impulsar la adopción del framework definido por el equipo (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) velando por la efectividad del marco.

Orientar al equipo hacia la generación de valor y mejora continua.

Ayudar al TPO en la gestión del backlog con foco en el desarrollo y evolución del producto.

Promover una comunicación efectiva y asertiva con los miembros del equipo.

Fomentar la autonomía, el empoderamiento y la autogestión del equipo.

Velar por la conformación E2E del equipo generando la sinergia e integración de los miembros del equipo.

Asegurar la entrega de valor en tiempo y forma de acuerdo con las necesidades de los clientes.

Identificar posibles necesidades de aprendizaje y desarrollo en el equipo.

Generar y gestionar métricas relacionadas a la entrega de valor.

Facilitar y liderar todas las ceremonias Scrum

Ayudar en la resolución de conflictos.

SR Java developer Elastic Search.

We are looking for a Java Developer with Strong Elastic Search Experience
