The Technical Operations team is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our production systems. In this pivotal role as a Technical Operations Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the performance and reliability of our production systems, with a special emphasis on complex Web3 technologies. This position demands a unique blend of Web3 expertise, technical skills, analytical prowess, and a collaborative approach to ensure operational excellence.

Timezone: US EST (Eastern Timezone)

• Chain Operations and Research: Lead the research, deployment, and operational management of new blockchain networks, ensuring efficient launch processes, thorough testing, and ongoing optimization of chain performance and reliability.
• Advanced Web3 Support: Tackle complex Web3 issues, including conducting thorough post-mortems, providing technical direction in customer calls, and leading remediation efforts during incidents.
• System Monitoring and Analytical Skills: Utilize advanced analytical and dashboard skills, including proficiency in tools like Grafana or DataDog, to monitor system performance and health.
• Process and SLA/SLO Management: Define, enforce, and ensure the organization meets stringent SLO/SLA objectives, contributing to the overall health and reliability of our platform services.
• Hands-On Problem Solving: Innovate to solve complex challenges quickly and efficiently, while being disciplined in task follow-through to minimize technical debt and implement preventive measures.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the Support L1 team and other cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to maintain system efficiency.

Tu responsabilidad incluye el diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de aplicaciones con gran volumen de datos y baja latencia, tanto en infraestructura cloud como on-premise.  

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y co-construir la solución / producto a su cargo con mirada E2E.
• Colaborar con el PO en la creación y refinamiento del product backlog.
• Participar activamente en la planificación del backlog.
• Conducir actividades de investigación, diseño, prototipado y otras actividades relacionadas al diseño de la solución, evolución y mejora del producto.
• Desarrollo de funcionalidades, mejoras, bug fixing, unit testing, integration testing, QA automation, empaquetado e instaladores. 
• Relevamiento, arquitectura, definición de componentes, integraciones con sistemas de terceros, instalación, commissioning, documentación, UAT y despliegue de la solución en cada cliente.
• Mantener actualizada la documentación pública, la documentación interna y la documentación de cada despliegue en los diferentes clientes.  
• Garantizar la calidad de entrega, minimizando errores, realizando pruebas de integraciones, generando la documentación necesaria, capacitando al cliente, etc. 

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en ingeniería de software y programación en Python frameworks Flask y/o Django (+ 1 año)
• Amplios conocimientos y experiencia trabajando con Linux. (Ej. Debian, RHEL, etc.)
• Bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales: MariaDB, MongoDB.
• Dominio en tecnologías de red. (Ej. TCP, UDP, HTTP, REST, WebSockets, NETCONF, RESTCONF, OPENFLOW, etc.)
• Docker y orquestación de contenedores. (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Tecnologías Cloud (AWS, Google Cloud / Anthos, Azure) 
• Estudiantes/graduados de carreras de Ing. en Electrónica, Ing. en Telecomunicaciones o de Sistemas.
