Senior Experimentado - Application support analyst

* Database querying experience (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MemSQL, or other) to identify data conditions and problems. * Manage and administer Custom developed applications as well as SaaS offerings. * Ensure SQL Servers are performing optimally. Run CPU utilization and query analyzer and performance metrics. * Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex application problems and leverage tools and resources appropriately to identify solutions that may or may not be already documented.

Requirements:
*Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field (but could also be a student of any engineering or related career) * 2 years application support experience * Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a global setting. * Proficiency in ServiceNow or other IT service management tools is a plus * Certification in ITIL or other relevant change management frameworks is a plus * advanced spoken and written english is a must * SQL knowledge is required to troubleshoot incidents and build reports
