QA Leader

&gtLead and manage two delivery pods, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables.&gtDevelop and implement comprehensive QA Plans to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.&gt and implement appropriate QA Automation testing frameworks, such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.&gtProvide regular and assertive progress reports to the Leadership Team.&gtEnsure alignment of QA processes with technology and industry standards.&gtCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.&gtMentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:
&gtProven experience in leading multiple teams and managing complex projects.&gtStrong proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft .NET technologies.&gtExtensive experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.&gtExcellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to provide clear and assertive reports to Leadership.&gtStrong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.&gtAbility to align QA processes with technology and industry standards.
